Job Responsibilities:Meet department goals by contacting clients and collecting on accountsSet up and follow up on payment arrangementsPerform skip tracing and maintain accurate recordsManage accounts until resolved or deemed uncollectibleFollow all FDCPA regulations and company procedures Shift/Hours:Must be available for all shifts listedDays: 8:00am - 5:00pmNights: 12:00pm - 9:00pm at least two nights per weekSaturday's up to every other Saturday from 8:00am - 12:00pmJob RequirementsMust be available to attend and complete entire training program.Required to work 40 hours per week.Required to work at least 2 nights per week (until 9:00 pm)Ready to make a move?
