This position requires you to be a self-starter and have excellent attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Court Maintenance & RepairMonitor the basketball court and other basketball areas as assigned to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with facility standardsCheck for wear and tear, including cracks, loose floor panels, or uneven surfaces, and promptly report issuesKeep the court and other basketball spaces as assigned and surrounding areas clean by performing routine maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and emptying trashPerform regular cleaning to prevent slipping hazards and maintain a polished playing surface.Communicate with management to report issues and suggest improvements.Respond quickly to spills, leaks, or accidents to maintain a safe playing environment.Facility Cleanliness & InventoryWatch for and report any signs of pests to ensure the facility remains clean and inviting.Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishments before stock runs low.*Other duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethicMust be physically capable of lifting and standing for extended periodsAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in sports facility operations or a similar role is a plusWorking Conditions:Environment: Primarily indoor - moving space to space as directed.Hours: Part-time, with flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.If this opportunity looks exciting to you, please complete the application process.
