Partners Personnel Lakeland is seeking Reach Truck Operators to support various distribution, manufacturing, and warehouse centers across the Lakeland, Auburndale, and Plant City areas. Shift and Pay Information: * Flexible scheduling options: Full-time * Multiple shifts: 3rd shifts available 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM * Starting pay:$18.00 per hour based on the position and experience. Experience Required: * Minimum 1-year recent experience operating one or more types of lifts in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment, including: * Warehouse Associate * Sit down * Stand Up * Reach Truck * * Strong communication, organizational, time management, and basic mathematical skills. * Dependable and reliable work ethic. * Additional skills such as inventory management, equipment operation certification, data entry, and computer proficiency may be required. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Job Responsibilities: * Assist in shipping and receiving tasks by unloading trucks using lift equipment and verifying merchandise. * Prepare orders by processing requests and assembling orders for delivery. * Pick materials, pack boxes, and arrange orders in the designated delivery area. * Organize and maintain inventory by accurately recording items received or distributed using computer systems. * Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following proper safety protocols and wearing required safety equipment. * Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including manual labor. Physical Demands: * Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50lbs regularly. * Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required.
