Hours & Pay Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with possible overtime. Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour. What You'll Do * Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, setting appointments as needed. * Accurately handle shipping and receiving documentation. * Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory. * Perform filing and maintain organized records. * Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and carriers. * Multi-task in a fast-paced environment to keep operations running smoothly. * Support general warehouse functions as required. What We're Looking For * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a shipping/receiving clerk or warehouse clerk role. * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. * WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience required. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities. * Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.
