Job DescriptionViridian Staffing's Client is on the hunt for a skilled Cannabis Bulk Sales Account Representative in the Los Angeles or San Bernardino, California, area. This is a chance to join a premier cultivator of high-quality cannabis products and become a key driver of their sales success. While this position is based in Southern California, it offers a dynamic role with weekly travel to the Victorville area.Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the cannabis industry's original recruiting firm and the leading full-service cannabis staffing agency, providing executive search, HR consulting, & temp staffing, coast-to-coast. You'll be a crucial part of our client's growth, bringing with you a robust network and a proven track record of success selling to top-tier cannabis brands known for purchasing premium flower. In this role, you will be the driving force behind all wholesale and distribution networks, crafting innovative sales strategies and building new business accounts from the ground up.As the Sales Representative, you will leverage your expertise to introduce our client's exceptional products to the market, ultimately generating significant sales and expanding their reach. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service, sharp negotiation skills, and a remarkable ability to close deals and build lasting, professional relationships. If you thrive on leveraging your in-depth cannabis knowledge to educate brands on the benefits of our client's products, this is the perfect opportunity to make a massive impact.This role is for you if you have a proven history of driving growth for cannabis companies, excel at establishing credibility with clients, and are passionate about building professional relationships that stand the test of time.Required Qualifications:Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for daily job functions1+ years of experience in wholesale sales to cannabis processing brandsA successful and active cannabis wholesale book of businessProficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel) or Google suite (including Sheets, Drive, and Calendar)A solid understanding of cannabis product variables (Distillate & CO2, Indoor & Outdoor, CBD/THC/Terpenes, etc.)Exceptional client relationship-building skills and superior written/verbal communicationPreferred Qualifications:In-depth understanding of California cannabis compliance lawsPay Range: $60,000 - $100,000 Base SalaryViridian Enterprises LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
