Michael and Jeniphur Pasquarello opened their first location 22 years ago in the Callowhill neighborhood of Philly. Since opening Cafe Lift in 2003 they have opened and managed 12 locations throughout the Tri State area.  Today the staff is over 200 and growing with two new openings slated this year and two for next year.  We have a current need for FOH managers looking to grow with us and be a part of our family.  We are looking for highly motivated, experienced, and hard-working Managers to join our team. To be successful in this role, the Managers will lead by example and be an active presence on our dining room floor. While things such as scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks are important, nothing supersedes being an active member of the team during service. Excellent guest interaction skills are a must, as is the ability to coach and mentor the FOH. Ideally the Candidate will be strong ambassador for all of the brands and foster relationships with our community.    Responsibilities: -Manage day-to-day operations including running the shift, communicating with staff and upper-management. -Upkeep the cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant. -Provide exceptional service to all guests. -Assist in hiring and training of all staff. -Work with the Director of Ops and Chef to manage all invoices, COGS, labor, and general expenses. -Assist Social Media Coordinator posting content and information for guests. -Partnering with upper management to maintain relations with neighbors and surrounding community.   Skills and Requirements: -A minimum of 2-3 years management experience. -Leadership and organizational management skills. -Enthusiastic in staff training and guest interaction. -General understanding in restaurant finances. -Knowledge -and execution of our HR policies and procedure. -Barista experience is a plus. -Open availability. While we are closed for dinner, weekends are a must, as are most holidays. Physical Demands: -The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally push and/or pull up to 50 pounds. The employee will spend over 4 hours daily standing or walking.
