About The RoleOur Professional Services team is looking for an experienced Consultant to join our fast-growing organization, supporting the Life Sciences industry and helping shape the future of digital solutions in the chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) space. As a leader in our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for establishing best practices, building tools and resources to ensure QbDVision’s and our customers’ success while ensuring seamless delivery and overall quality of projects, providing leadership for team members, and delivering operational excellence. What Youinish OwnActively contribute to building best practices for the growing Professional Services team, including operational processes and project management Work with customers and the Professional Services team to scope projects and contribute to Statements of Work Provide oversight and assist with project management for customer projects; overall responsibility for project quality and delivery Engage with customer stakeholders across various organizations to execute successful services projects and drive business outcomes Provide inputs on client needs and recommend solutions Capture and analyze business requirements, contribute to documentation, and prepare solutions appropriate to business use cases Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success What You Need To SucceedBachelor’s degree in science, business, or equivalent working experience 5+ years of direct experience with life sciences, software or consulting 2+ years of experience with leading project execution and management Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies Customer-facing consulting experience capturing requirements, mapping processes, and presenting solutions Managed relationships with executive stakeholders Self-starter and a team player Ability to travel up to 20% BenefitsOur people-first ***** Every company decision is made with you in mind.
