Beyond traditional administrative support, you will be actively engaged in projects, provide timely status updates, and contribute to high-level initiatives that impact both leadership and the broader firm. What You’ll ***** Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for senior executives. Coordinate domestic and international travel with precision. Represent leadership in interactions with clients, investors, and internal teams. Track key initiatives, provide updates, and support high-priority projects. Maintain smooth daily operations and assist with occasional personal tasks. What You ***** 8–10+ years of EA experience in real estate, finance, law, or consulting.
