Our client,a company that provides self-service solutions that enable airlines and airports to deliver seamless check-in, bag drop, and transit experiences for millions of travelers each year, is looking for aField Service Technician to work at the Los Angeles Airport. This is a year long W2 contract & part time with 15-22 hours a weekIn this role, you will support the kiosk systems and related technologies. This dynamic, hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our product by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams.What You Will Be Doing Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of airport kiosks. Provide immediate technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems. Collaborate with Level 3 Support Teams in Canada and Atlanta. Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service and act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. Identify opportunities to streamline support processes and improve service delivery. Deliver training to customers when required.Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware support. Strong understanding of PC networking and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, AD, DHCP, DNS). Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of J2EE, web servers, and Windows desktop environments. Proficiency in Office 365 and working knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to represent the client professionally on-site.
