Litigation Attorney

We are working with a respected and established law firm in Orange County, California seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of litigation experience to build a long-term career with a collaborative and high-performing group. About the ***** The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handlingconstruction litigation,surety claims, and related disputes. You should be confident in managing cases from inception through resolution, including depositions, court appearances, legal research, motion practice, and client communication.Key ***** Represent clients in defense litigation and surety matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal briefs Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations Work closely with partners and clients to develop and execute litigation strategy Conduct investigations and analyze construction contracts and surety bonds***** J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar Minimum 8 years of litigation experience, with preference for construction or surety work Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills Willingness to work in the office five days a weekWhy Apply?
