Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator supports the Office Management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensures the overall upkeep of the office space along with the Office Manager. We’re seeking someone with organizational aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects. This is an on-site, full-time role (Monday – ***** 9am – 6pm and ***** 9:00am – 3:30pm). ***** Receive and sort packages to be sent out to each department or specific associates Help associates with tasks as needed (ex. transporting boxes, building mannequins, etc.) Drop off and pick up packages as needed Contact couriers to locate and receive packages through FedEx, Amazon, etc. Assist with product samples and organization in collaboration with Sample Coordinator Provide mailroom support to associates as needed including printing, making labels, etc. Keep mailroom area organized through replenishing supplies, boxes, and envelopes as needed Maintain and replenish office and kitchen supplies Serve as a welcoming point of contact for visitors, notifying staff of their arrival, and directing them as needed Provide basic IT support to associates (ex. printer jams, MS Teams, etc.); elevate requests to IT team if needed Manage and provide support for ADHOC projects as needed***** Experience working in a corporate office setting preferred Ability to deliver on assigned responsibilities through efficiency and strong attention to detail Effective communication skills and ability to interact professionally with associates, vendors, contractors, and guests Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Physical requirements include walking and standing, kneeling to reach for objects, moving objects, lifting boxes, breaking down boxes Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in office located in Midtown ManhattanAnnual salary starting at $50,000The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
