Are you ready to put your recruiting, project management, and creative skills to work on some of the most exciting people and culture initiatives in the apparel industry? FAM Brands is looking for a Talent Strategy & Organizational Projects Specialist to join our team and support high-impact work ranging from sourcing top talent to planning company-wide events to helping bring our new Beverly Hills headquarters to life.This isnt your typical HR coordinator role its a chance to work alongside a senior executive leader, gain exposure to big-picture strategy, and contribute to projects that directly shape the employee experience and our workplace of the future.What Youll DoSource and engage candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and provide smooth candidate experiences.Write concise candidate summaries and sit in on Zoom interviews (eventually leading your own vibe checks).Keep job postings accurate and craft social media content that attracts top talent.Make sure new hires are set up for success on Day 1 (systems, equipment, onboarding).Help plan and run some of our most beloved events Spirit Week, Benefits Fair, blood drives, mammogram clinics, and our annual Year-End Celebration.Support organizational projects, including our 2026 move to Beverly Hills HQ from project management to employee activations and cultural programs.Jump in on other high-visibility initiatives as needed.What Were Looking For35+ years of professional experience in project management, talent operations, events, marketing, or other people-focused roles.A strong communicator who can build trust, write clearly, and stay organized under pressure.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) or ATS systems a plus.Creative, resourceful, and excited to bring new ideas to the table.Why Youll Love It HereYoull work directly with a senior executive, gaining exposure to strategy and leadership.Youll play a central role in shaping the employee experience from recruiting to culture-building events.Youll be on the front lines of our corporate relocation to Beverly Hills, a once-in-a-career project that will redefine our workplace.Great benefits, and a company culture that values growth, innovation, and people.
