Job Description

Overview:As a Junior Recruiter at Black Box Security, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying, sourcing, and managing candidates to meet the company's hiring needs. Working closely with the Recruiting Manager and various departments, you will help build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring that our security teams are staffed with top talent.ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, and other creative channels.Support the Recruiting Manager in building a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment pleting in-person interview with hiring managers when recruiting manager is not availableTaking in-depth and detailed notes about the candidate in both initial and in person interviewsAssist with job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Reviewing resumes on all postingsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Support the Recruiting Manager in preparing recruitment reports and plete all reference checks on possible hiresHigh Volume of Calling- Warm and Cold CallingAssist in the maintenance and identification of redundancies throughout the talent pipelineServe as the primary contact point for all incoming Recruitment questionsWork closely with the Recruiting Manager and other HR team members to align recruitment efforts with business needs.Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process.Provide information about Black Box Security's unique careers and culture, as well as share details about the requisitionsWork on various projects that are provided to further the recruitment or retentionQualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of High-Volume Talent Acquisition experienceDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational and time management skillsDeep understanding of employment laws and regulationsFlexible, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingAbility to listen and translate what's being expressed into tangible outcomesFamiliarity with Trello is a pensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $30-$33/hourLocation: Full-time in office position in Calabasas, CAHours: 9 am - 6 pm with occasional overtime hours as neededBenefits:Company contribution to medical, dental, & vision insurancePaid vacation.Paid Sick Leave401k match up to petitive salary.Potential end-of-year bonus based on company and personal performance.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
