We help them tap into the latest technologies to achieve transformational outcomes and be more agile, innovative, resilient and better equipped to respond to disruptive change.The opportunityThe Databricks Global Alliance Relationship Director (ARD) is responsible for working with EY-Databricks alliance and sales to manage the day to day aspects of the Databricks alliance relationship – including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance program oversight, contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence. This is a great opportunity to work with people across the global as well as across multiple EY service lines and sectors.ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilitiesYour role will sit within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides alliance relationship management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically, the Global Databricks ARD will work as part of the Databricks Global Alliance teams working directly with Databricks Global Alliance Leadership, counterparts within Databricks and EY’s Databricks alliance practice and account executives to coordinate and deliver upon of the objectives of the alliances.Execute Databricks Global alliance strategy and objectivesFacilitate top to top Databricks Global relationships and program management to mobilize on big strategic bets, accelerate field engagement, and drive action including executing Global Governance ActivitiesDrive results through disciplined, industrialized Global wide governance with clear accountability across Global level Service Line/practice, sectors, accounts/regions and Databricks counterpartsExecute Databricks Global Business Reviews feeding insights into Global Databricks Alliance executivesDeploy Databricks partner programs into Global, driving local activation and complianceGain access to Databricks Global level programs, coordinating with Global Databricks ARD to secure required approvalsDeliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate Financial reporting, Databricks impact/influenceActivate new countries and regions ensuring proper governance is in place, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contractsDrive Compliance with internal policies and requirementsCollaborate with Market Enablement team to define Marketing messaging and materials for Global level execution. Collaborate with local Area alliance and Brand Marketing & Communication executives to execute local Alliance marketing activitiesContributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insightsThis role is based in the US. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across Global and across the Globe. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. Learn more .We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $228,600 to $452,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $274,300 to $514,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
