This role offers the opportunity to work with fund managers and institutional investors across diverse asset classes including private equity, private credit, venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate private investment fund documents and side lettersAdvise institutional investors on fund terms and ancillary agreementsSupport clients on fundraising, structuring, and compliance mattersCollaborate across global offices on cross-border fund issuesQualifications2–5 years of relevant investment funds experience at a top law firmStrong background in fund structuring, Regulation D, Advisers Act, and related complianceExperience representing fund managers and/or institutional investorsStrong drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsAdmission in NY, IL, or DC (or eligibility to waive in)Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $225,000 – $365,000 (DOE & location)Bonus eligibleComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and family support programsInterested?
