Title: Program Manager - Rewards & RecognitionJob Type: ContractContract Length: 6-month contract with potential for extensionTarget Start Date: 10/27Work Location/Structure: Palo Alto, CA - HybridAbout the OpportunityOur client, a leader in data security and management, is looking for a skilled Program Manager - Rewards & Recognition to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This project involves leading the management and oversight of global branded gear stores alongside providing analytic support for global Recognition programs. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesManaging production, inventory, pricing, and merchandise selection for company branded merchandise global stores.Managing global vendor relationships, including contracts, purchase orders, and budget, to ensure deliverables are met.Analyzing company branded merchandise store performance, including sales reporting, purchase forecasting, and budget adherence.Providing strong creative input on merchandise design, trend-spotting, and adherence to brand standards.Developing internal marketing and communication strategies to promote the stores and drive engagement.Analyzing recognition program data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Developing and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards to track the performance and impact of the Recognition program.Collaborating with the Recognition program team and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions support program goals.Required Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on retail operations, supply chain management, or a related field.Deep expertise in Excel for data analysis and modeling, including formulas. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.Experience with communications, marketing, and graphic design.Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.Experience with Slack and Google Workspace.Agency and vendor management experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
