We recognize that we have been given an opportunity to use our example, our influence, and our resources to help others make wise financial decisions, and our desire is to do just that.Position SummaryThe Treasury Implementation Specialist partners with Treasury Management sales and support teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new and existing business clients. This role oversees the implementation of treasury products and services, ensures accuracy in account setup, and acts as the primary point of contact throughout the transition process.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison for business clients during treasury onboarding and product transitions.Partner with Relationship Managers and the Treasury Support team to ensure smooth implementation of treasury services.Coordinate the setup and activation of treasury products.Manage timelines and communicate regularly with clients and internal teams on progress, next steps, and documentation requirements.Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.Provide training and support to clients on treasury platforms and digital tools.Monitor the status of transitions, proactively resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.Maintain accurate records of client onboarding activity and contribute to process improvements.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another related field.Two plus years of related banking or accounting experience required.Strong knowledge of banking treasury products and digital banking platforms.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. #J-18808-Ljbffr
