Vale is a vibrant fast-casual chain with 10 Florida locations, serving customizable, nutrient-packed bowls, smoothies, and more. Our mission is simple: make wellness delicious, convenient, and approachable. As we expand beyond Florida, we’re looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to amplify our brand and fuel our growth.Location: South Florida-based (Miami preferred) | Flex remote + travelThe OpportunityAs CMO, you’ll report directly to the CEO and lead Vale’s marketing strategy across digital, social, and in-store channels.
