OverviewJoin to apply for the Sales Director, Sr, - North America role at Tower Semiconductor.This position can be based in San Jose, CA or Newport Beach, CA.The Account Executive is a “one stop shop” for all activities between the company and customer with the objective of growing company revenue and margin within a well-defined matrixed structure at Tower.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Tower corporate/customer relationship and act as the voice of the customer to Tower and Tower to the customer.Ensure roadmap alignment and execution between Business Units (R&D) and the customer to drive mutual value over time.Oversee operational execution with close alignment and oversight of the account manager and customer logistics support.Own and proactively manage customer report card scores to drive and ensure quality in all aspects of customer support (logistics, operations, technology) and map out customer relationships with activities to drive mutual success.Co-own the pricing roadmap in alignment with internal business units.Ensure customer and Tower meet contractual obligations, flag important terms/due dates, and manage any breaches or conflicts.Understand TAM/SAM/SOM at the specific customer, with ongoing initiatives to grow SOM at target margins.Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.QualificationsMinimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or key account management within the semiconductor industry; semiconductor foundry sales experience is desirable.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw conclusions.Technical understanding in semiconductor devices and manufacturing is preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse audience; must be organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and creative.Domestic and international travel pensationBase: $200,000 – $250,000Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManufacturing and SalesIndustries: Semiconductor ManufacturingEnd of posting.
