Develop solutions across many disciplines and be responsible for explaining solutions and procedures. Apply principles, theories and concepts and use methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects related to moderately complex software.LocationThis is a work from home position within the US.The Main ResponsibilitiesImplements computer programs for the purpose of enhancing and updating the computer systemTasks may include designing and coding programs and testing and documenting changes and enhancementsAnalyzes programming requests for the purpose of assisting integration with current applicationsTasks may include project implementation, researching and evaluating problems, and recommending and implementing decisionsConducts training for the purpose of providing technical expertise to end usersTasks may include training for System Operator/Programmer, providing user activity education, and one-on-one supportServe as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), specializing in Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable)Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of BRIM solutions in RISE with SAP and SAP NS2-hosted environments, ensuring compliance with federal security and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BRIM components with SD, CRM, FI/CO, and external billing systemsDevelop and optimize end-to-end BITs data processing, billing, invoicing, and FICA document management processes aligned with business needsConduct functional and technical workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system designsDevelop documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials for ongoing support teamsWork closely with Basis, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to FedRAMP, ITAR, and other NS2-specific controlsProvide Level 3 support and root cause analysis for critical BRIM-related incidents and performance issuesWhat We Look For in a Candidate6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree4+ years of experience with a Master's DegreDevelop documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials for ongoing support teamsWork closely with Basis, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to FedRAMP, ITAR, and other NS2-specific controlsProvide Level 3 support and root cause analysis for critical BRIM-related incidents and performance issuesCompensationThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
