They specialize in third-party multifamily management across asset types, including value-add renovations, new development consulting and lease-ups. Commercial real estate services include brokerage, leasing, and property management. Investment syndication supports both multifamily and commercial real estate ventures.PositionThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the senior executive responsible for the overall management of all financial functions for the organization, its affiliates and managed properties. Reporting to the President, the CFO provides strategic direction, ensures robust financial controls, optimizes capital deployment, and partners with operational leaders to deliver value to clients, residents and team members.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect financial planning, capital allocation and liquidity management to support company growth and mission objectivesManage and invest corporate and client cash; oversee banking relationships and debt compliancePartner with other leaders on M&A, new acquisitions, financing structures and closingsOversee the Accounting department in coordination with the Director of Accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for managed propertiesDirectly oversee preparation of financial statements and present findings to Board of Directors and other key stakeholdersMaintain a rigorous system of internal controls.
