The property is situated right on the water with fantastic views and abundant outdoor common space to enjoy. This position requires previous administrative support experience; previous experience in property management is a plus. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for support of the Property Manager and day-to-day operations at the building. This position will report directly to the Property Manager.ResponsibilitiesVendor and Service Contract ManagementTenant Relations, Customer Service, and RequestsManage COI for tenants and vendorsCoordinate tenant move-in/move-outsHandle regular property inspectionsAssist in preparation of annual budget and operating expense calculationsMonthly tenant rent statements and aged receivable managementWeekly accounts payable processingUnderstand requirements of lease agreementsManagement of On-Site StaffLease administrationConstruction management supportAdministrative tasks as neededQualifications1-2 years assistant manager experience in commercial assets is a MUSTBachelor’s degree from four-year college or universityCalifornia Real Estate License, or, willingness to obtain one within six months of employmentProficient in: Yardi 7.0, MRI (Web & Citrix), Kardin, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, ChromeSolid basic knowledge of general accounting principlesStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong knowledge and understanding of accounting and financeAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environmentAdaptable with ability to change priorities on short-noticeExcellent time management skillsCompensation range: $68,640 – $73,000Required job duties will be discussed in detail during our interview process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
