As their Technical Claims Director / Claims Counsel you will be responsible for providing high level litigation and coverage advice on large loss Financial Lines, D&O and E&O claims. You will also handle a personal caseload of multi-million dollar claims across these business lines.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high level litigation and coverage advice on large loss Financial Lines, D&O and E&O claims. Manage a personal caseload of multi-million dollar claims across these business lines.Qualifications / Experience5+ years handling large loss, high severity Financial Institutions, D&O and E&O claims at a leading insurance carrier (legal insurance defense experience also considered)Experience handling other professional lines claims highly beneficial such as D&O / E&O within non-financial lines areas.Experience providing technical and legal oversight on multi-million dollar casualty claims10+ years working in complex coverage and litigation roles within FI/D&O/E&O (within insurance or legal)JD Law and extensive legal experience. This is essential to be considered for this role.Role DetailsThis role can be based on a hybrid schedule from multiple office locations including NY, NJ, PA, CT, IL, GA, AZ, CA or TX, with an excellent base salary up to $240,000 (negotiable) + 15% on target bonus.
