OverviewAs Scale continues to build and develop its field marketing and event program, we are looking for an Events & Field Marketing Manager to support our marketing team in their event and field marketing initiatives including third-party trade show sponsorships, sales and community events, Scale hosted executive events, Scale hosted practitioner events and meetups, and virtual events. You will join a rapidly growing team with the opportunity to manage and execute events from start to finish, drive lead generation and pipeline growth, and plan event programming with the largest names in AI.ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end planning and logistics for executive dinners, meetups, happy hours, sponsored trade shows, and virtual eventsEstablish event activities in line with sales goals and deal accelerationManage contractor relationships, including event production firms and outside vendors, and event budgetsAlign with growth marketing on marketing campaigns and marketing qualified lead (MQL) reportingTrack event campaign performance, measuring ROI, results, and metrics through SalesforceInterface with external executives and their teams to secure speakers and support their presentation planning for Scale hosted events and conferencesWillingness to travel up to 50% to support these initiativesIdeal qualifications5+ years of professional experience, 3+ of which in event marketing or event managementExperience fully managing and executing events ranging from 30 to 500+ attendeesAbility to manage and multi-task on multiple projects and events while liaising across internal teams with multiple stakeholdersImpeccable attention to detail and proactive approach to troubleshootingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, interfacing with leading executives and their teamsNice to haveExperience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Outreach programsCollaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work across teams and timezones including with executive leadership and external executivesCompensation and benefitsCompensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The base salary range for this position in San Francisco, New York, and Seattle is $116,000 – $145,000 USD. Eligible employees also receive equity-based compensation where applicable, plus benefits including comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO. Some roles may be eligible for additional benefits such as a commuter stipend.
