About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead a growing sales team and drive revenue growth in the workplace solutions industry. In this role, you’ll manage a team of Account Executives, develop and execute sales strategies, and build long-term client relationships across key industries like Education, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on building teams, developing strategy, and closing big deals.What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and support a team of Account ExecutivesBuild and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growthCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on targeted campaignsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industriesOversee the full sales process: prospecting, pricing, forecasting, and closingMaintain and grow strong relationships with key accountsTrack team performance and ensure consistent CRM usageFoster a positive, collaborative, high-performance sales cultureRepresent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade showsWhat We’re Looking For5–10 years of sales experience in workplace solutions, storage, or logistics3+ years of experience leading a sales teamStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to build and execute sales plansComfortable managing budgets and controlling costsProficiency with CRM softwareBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceCompensation: $125,000-$150,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
