The role primarily focuses on the Technical Infrastructure Program Management of integrating complex and systemic technical products and solutions which enable your customer base to work more this role you will be responsible for working with internal customers across multiple organizations to define highly ambiguous problem statements, influencing a global Amazon team, writing technical specifications and performing technical evaluations on equipment, developing business requirements, identifying, developing, and scaling new technologies across multiple teams, generating multiyear budgets, and managing multiple large, high visibility programs simultaneously through the project lifecycle.This role requires up to 50% travel and availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling. Candidates should either live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Relocation assistance may be provided.Key job responsibilitiesIn partnership with WWDE, Operations Engineering, and strategic suppliers, this individual will drive the technical strategy for a material handling equipment lifecycle organization. This position will provide program leadership and technological integration across multiple teams of engineers. You will serve as the single-threaded leader between multiple engineering teams, operations, and RME partners. You will lead cross-functional communications and strategic planning for material technological deployment, introduce new tech products, determine KPIs, and drive standardization initiatives. You must be obsessed with execution excellence, creating mechanisms and processes that increase velocity while maintaining quality.
