OverviewWe are seeking experienced and driven Insurance Defense Attorneys to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage a caseload while meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. Essential experience includes handling construction matters (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241), insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability. Represent clients in all phases of construction-related litigation and general liability, from negotiations, pre-trial motions to trial preparation and resolution.ResponsibilitiesFrequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers.Represent clients in insurance defense matters related to construction accidents, labor disputes, and contractual issues.Manage and litigate cases from inception through resolution, including pre-trial, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.Court appearances in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and all NYC courts.QualificationsJunior Position: 1-5+ years of Litigation/Insurance Defense experience.Senior Position: 10-20+ years of Litigation/Insurance Defense experience.Juris Doctorate.Admission to NYS Bar.BenefitsHybrid Working Opportunities: Enjoy a set hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days petitive Salary.Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.401(K) Match.Paid Time Off.Pre-tax Commuter & Transit Benefits.Employee Discount Program.SalaryJr Position: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 (Annual Salary).
