More information is available at for providing customer service and overall service of assigned customers and/or policies, soliciting of new business on existing accounts and support of Producer-led new business efforts.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFosters and manages overall relationship with clients ensuring retention of book of business and high satisfactionReviews client teams RFPsSelects markets for solicitationAnalyzes market proposals for verification of benefits, premiums, and competitivenessReviews coverage contracts for accuracy of policy provisionsMeets with clients for pre-renewal strategy, proposal delivery and explanationConducts client open enrollment meetings and answers questions regarding benefit coverageNegotiates with markets for benefits premium concessionsEnsures that client team handles client benefit inquiries and manages team to effectively service clients; resolves escalated service issuesManages new carrier and plan implementations for book of businessEnsures team prepares claims experience and utilization reports and reviews for accuracyReacts, processes, and follows up on new businessMeets with clients as needed or directed by ProducerCollection of fees, reconciliation and resolution of any outstanding balances within 60 days of invoicing dateComplies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operatesPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation / ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceEight (8) or more years related work experienceEncouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisorValid Insurance LicenseMust continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewalSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work within a team and to foster teamworkExcellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skillsSuperior leadership, problem solving and time management skillsAbility to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite#LI-LM1Additional InformationWe are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
