WE ARE A_TOMOX… all that’s missing is U!OVERVIEWWe’re seeking a passionate Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Customer Experience team and ensure every interaction with Automox ends with a happy customer. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll combine deep product knowledge with a genuine understanding of customer goals to deliver continuous value throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll build lasting customer relationships, proactively identify opportunities, and drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll be the customer's advocate internally, ensuring our solutions align with their evolving needs.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to educate customers in the use of the Automox platformBuild customer trust and relationships through education and technical leadership.Work closely with CSMs and partner as the technical expert to maximize customer outcomes.Assist with technical delivery efforts with Sales/Customer Success and Support counterpartsResearch and evaluate technologies and create knowledge base articles that capture new information for reuse throughout the organization and for end-usersProvide technical support and issue resolution to our customers through ongoing issue triaging via email, telephone or remote web sessionEscalate issues to Engineering and Support in a timely manner for resolution.Drive new and innovative ideas to enhance Automox’s service engagementsNavigate challenging customer conversations effectively, delivering solutions and maintaining trust.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE4+ years proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst, Systems Administrator, or Solutions Architect.Hands-on experience managing operating systems (macOS, Windows, or Linux) and working knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, SQL, Go, etc).Skilled at diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues, performing custom solutioning, and conducting root cause analysis. Experience working closely with support, engineering, and customer success teams is essentialExperience with configuration management tools. (MECM / SCCM / WSUS / Jamf / Chef / Puppet / Ansible, or like tool sets)Ability to clearly convey value-based propositions at varying levels of technical detail, from SysAdmins to C-level executives.Self-starter who takes ownership of challenges and delivers solutions, with a willingness to expand current skill set and contribute broadly to team and company objectives.The salary range listed is the base pay range for this position. In addition, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity and benefits.
