Growing together.We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Economics Consultant to assist with the full analytics cycle, from gathering requirements and designing data models to building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards. The ideal candidate will have the skills to take ownership of the entire process, ensuring data integrity, performance, and user satisfaction, while driving automation and process optimization.If you are located in West Coast , you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire analytics cycle, including gathering business requirements, designing data models, creating dashboards, and ensuring their ongoing maintenance and enhancementCollaborate with business partners, SMEs, and BAs to ensure alignment and clarity in requirementsDevelop efficient, scalable ETL processes and manage the seamless ingestion of source data into the analytics platformCreate visually engaging, high-performance dashboards and reports that drive actionable insightsProvide ongoing support by answering user queries and making adjustments to existing reporting structuresDrive process improvements and optimization across the analytics development lifecycleCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectivelyInnovate by leveraging new technologies to enhance data analytics processes and meet emerging business needsYoull be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications2+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related fieldAdvanced SQL and experienceExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide clear insightsDemonstrated ability to develop data models and automated processesDemonstrated ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business performanceWilling or ability to work MDT or PDT hoursPreferred QualificationsExperience in the US Healthcare industryExperience leading end-to-end analytics lifecycle and report development projectsExperience with managing large data sets within SnowflakeExperience working with or managing stakeholder relationshipsAdvanced Excel experience with exposure to Power QueryExposure to analytics product or ETL automation and optimizationDemonstrated ability to understand user needs and deliver effective analytics solutionsProven solid communication skills, both written and verbalProven solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to changing business needsAll employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group/'s Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
