This leader will drive performance, consistency, and excellence across sites — ensuring each location delivers the best member experience, achieves financial goals, and reflects our brand standards.Key Responsibilities Own theP&L performanceof three NYC clubs, driving revenue growth, cost control, and profitability Lead and develop a team ofGeneral Managers and department headsacross locations Implement and maintainoperational standards, processes, and KPIsacross all clubs Drivemembership growth, retention, and engagementthrough superior service and programming Partner with marketing, events, and coaching teams to deliver aworld-class member experience Ensure compliance with safety, staffing, and facility standards across sites Support new location openings and scaling initiatives in the NYC marketWhat We’re Looking For 7+ years inmulti-site operations leadership, ideally inracket sports or premium fitness Proven success inP&L ownership, revenue growth, and retention Strong people leader with experience managingmulti-layered teams Familiarity withracket sports culture— tennis, pickleball, squash or ideally padel — and enthusiasm for the sport’s community Entrepreneurial, hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-growing environment Track record of delivering consistent standards and scalable systemsWhy Join Us?
