You'll be a champion of our Core Values! Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients-conducting interviews, gathering case details, and providing regular updates. Collaborate with attorneys to build strong case strategies and ensure timely progress. Organize and manage case files, including medical records, police reports, and supporting evidence. Draft and file legal documents, including demands and letters of representation. Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and witnesses. Track deadlines and ensure all case milestones are met. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies or opposing parties when appropriate. Leverage legal software and digital tools to maintain accurate and accessible case records. Provide comprehensive support to the handling attorney throughout the pre-litigation process.Qualifications: A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a client-first mindset. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
