With a strong focus onbusiness-to-business contract litigation, the firm handles a steady caseload of commercial disputes, motion practice, discovery, and mediations. Role OverviewThe Litigation Associate will support the principal attorney in managing a high-volume caseload, primarily involving motion practice and discovery. The position offers significant courtroom exposure through hearings (many virtual) and the opportunity to take on independent matters over time.
