Litigation Associate Attorney - Contract Disputes, Contract-to-Hire*****Atlanta, GA (In-office 4 days per week) *****$80,000 - $100,000 DOE + BenefitsAbout the FirmA boutique law practice led by a highly regarded solo practitioner is seeking aLitigation Associate Attorneyto join its tight-knit team. With a strong focus onbusiness-to-business contract litigation, the firm handles a steady caseload of commercial disputes, motion practice, discovery, and mediations. This is a collaborative, family-like environment with long-term staff and a supportive culture. Role OverviewThe Litigation Associate will support the principal attorney in managing a high-volume caseload, primarily involving motion practice and discovery. The position offers significant courtroom exposure through hearings (many virtual) and the opportunity to take on independent matters over time.
