Analysts, researchers and strategists with practical leadership experience looking to expand their mandate to guide and shape a rapidly expanding team are ideal for this role.Lead teams building and maintaining multivariate models for all classes of energy, environmental commodity, power, capacity, and renewable fuels anize the tracking and analysis of pertinent legislation, policy, and regulation impacting energy and environmental markets.Originate ongoing and bespoke deliverables for in-house and client usage.Manage projects as the research stakeholder across technical platform development, data management and product origination.Product coverage may include any combination of subscription and or ad-hoc project-based research deliverables covering various Power, Capacity, Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), Renewable Fuels, etc.Build and maintain relationships with key regulatory and market players, as well as third-party media and market watchers.5-10+ years in quantitative modeling, research/analysis, and client deliverable composition~ Industry experience in renewable energy and/or environmental markets required~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related preferred; Graduate degree a plus~ Advanced Microsoft Excel and Python skills required; VBA and additional coding skills are a plus~ Training in data science required~ Total compensation includes comprehensive benefits, retirement savings plan, and bonus eligibility.
