MSP/MSSP Product & Operations Manager

We seek an experienced Product Manager to design, implement, and scale this new line of business. ***** Define and implement the managed services stack (NinjaRMM, Halo PSA, Todyl, ThreatLocker, CyberGuard360). Develop service packages for SMB clients and oversee rollout. Manage vendor relationships and align with compliance needs. Provide hands-on support in early stages while building a technical team. Monitor delivery, SLAs, and client satisfaction. Coordinate with DNA leadership to align with broader company strategy. ***** 5+ years in MSP/MSSP service delivery, product management, or operations leadership Deep knowledge of RMM, PSA, SOC, and cybersecurity platforms.
