This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want to build or expand their practice in the Estate planning and Probate Litigation space while working with a highly collaborative and respected team.~ *****0–2 years of experience; prior Estate Planning or Probate Litigation experience preferred.Key *****Manage a caseload of Estate Planning, Probate litigation matters from inception to resolutionHandle discovery, depositions, motion practice, client meetings, and trial preparationWork closely with senior litigators and partners to develop expertise in Estate Planning.Build and maintain strong client relationships in this practice area.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolActive Michigan Bar membershipDemonstrated litigation experience; Estate Planning, Probate Litigation experience strongly preferred.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skillsSelf-motivated and eager to develop a specialty in Estate Planning, Probate litigationOpen to recent graduates with a Michigan Bar License.Salary and Other *****The annual salary for this position isup to $90,000 annually.
