This role involves advising on a wide range of legal matters, drafting and negotiating complex IT and ITES-related agreements, and ensuring compliance with employment and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.Key *****Contract *****Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements *****Master Service Agreements (MSAs)Statements of Work (SOWs)Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)Confidentiality AgreementsIT and ITES-related contractsEnsure contracts are compliant with applicable laws and aligned with business objectives.Legal *****Provide timely and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders *****Employment law and workplace mattersStatutory and regulatory compliance across geographiesRisk mitigation strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.Global *****Support business operations in North America, Europe, and LATAM regions.Stay updated on international legal developments and ensure compliance with local laws.Stakeholder *****Independently interact with managers and leaders across all levels of the organization.Build strong relationships with internal teams to proactively address legal issues.~ Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.~8+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal advisory, preferably in IT/ITES sectors.~ Strong understanding of international contract law and employment regulations.~ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones.Preferred *****Experience working in a global legal team.Familiarity with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.ITC Infotech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
