Leading prominent firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with 6+ years of Medical Malpractice Defense experience to join their growing team. A portable book of business is NOT required for Partners. This role is a fully remote role based in Buffalo. Experience in additional practice areas such asproduct liability, personal injury, general liability, professional liability, toxic tort, construction, civil litigation, insurance defenseis also a plus!***** Manage assigned cases and prepare periodic status reports for clients Handle cases from inception to conclusion Take and defend depositions Court appearances Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery***** Strong academics Excellent research and writing skills 6+ years of experience Trial and/or Trial prep experience Licensed to practice and in good standing in New York.Base Salary range 170k-200k+ DOE level.
