Change *****Implement strategic and tactical changes with grace and ease, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous improvement.What We're Looking For *****10+ years of experience in the residential HVAC industry, with at least 5-10 years in a General/Regional Manager capacity. Experience managing operations with revenue of $70M+ is essential. *****Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales, operations, finance, and people management.
