Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter Essential Skills + Proficiency in AutoCAD with at least 1 year of experience. + Understanding of blueprints and floor plans. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Revit and AutoCAD 3D. + Degree in a relevant field. + Understanding of electrical and mechanical components within plans. Job Description This is a full-time AutoCAD Drafter position located at the Kalamazoo office. The role involves providing design, consulting, engineering, project management, and installation services, with a focus on designing and building commercial and industrial kitchens for various establishments such as schools, hospitals, and casinos. The designer will be responsible for production drafting work, including adjustments to original kitchen plans, creating utility plans, and redesigning existing plans to ensure alignment among engineering, architecture, and structure. Responsibilities + Make adjustments to original architectural kitchen plans. + Create and revise utility plans. + Ensure engineering, architectural, and structural alignment for kitchen plans. + Use AutoCAD and Revit for drafting work, with a primary focus on AutoCAD. + Collaborate with a team of drafters and designers. + Coordinate with the Lead Designer and Engineering team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
