Platform Support Technician - INTL India

A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Platform Support Technician to join their team. The ideal person for this role has general knowledge of computers, systems admin work, general understanding of the inner working of computers. This person will be responsible for helping ensure tickets are being assigned properly, escalating them as needed, and resolved quickly as the companies Tier 1/2 support.
