This role involves managing diverse teams, ensuring project success across multiple delivery methods, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.What You'll DoOversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, quality control, and safety compliance.Build and maintain strong partnerships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.Lead and mentor project staff, including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and interns.Participate in preconstruction activities such as estimating and value engineering.Manage financial aspects of projects, including cost reporting, invoicing, and negotiating change orders.Ensure compliance with diversity, EEO, and affirmative action requirements.Drive implementation of quality assurance and safety plans in collaboration with field teams.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.6-10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in water and wastewater treatment.Proven ability to manage projects exceeding /$10M.Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and scheduling.Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project or P6), Procore, HCSS, and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with self-performed work is a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Why Join Us?Work on impactful projects that shape communities.Collaborative, growth-oriented culture.Competitive compensation and benefits.BenefitsMedical VisionDental401(K)BonusPer-Diem And More!
