They're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to take care of their complex Healthcare Construction projects who is service-oriented, curious, and appreciates innovation.Job DescriptionTake-off and pricing tasksCoordinate subcontractor bids and budgeting processesAssist in estimating and tab sheet preparationApply cost knowledge to develop Conceptual and Schematic Level Budgets with provided informationHelp manage client and design team expectations regarding costs, schedules, logistics, and qualityCoordinate closely with Field Operations TeamsMeeting with clients and design teams, and developing strategies to attract new clientsMaintain and nurture relationships with Trade Partners, staying informed on current pricing, labor demands, and material lead timesConduct budget presentations with clients, design teams, and internal project teamsParticipate in pre-bid efforts in collaboration with Trade Partners, ensuring a smooth bidding processMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
