Our Client is looking for an experienced Consulting Manager to join the Digital Identity practice. This is a full time role and not open to contract or C2C candidates.What You Can Expect As a Manager, you’ll partner with clients to solve complex business problems and deliver impactful advice and solutions. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and strengthen these relationships through high-quality project delivery. You’ll also mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants while guiding the successful completion of project work plans. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: SailPoint Saviynt Veza CyberArk Okta Ping Identity Delinea Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data. Building and cultivating professional networks, including with senior executives. Translating and communicating business value and technical/project issues to client personnel, including executives. Leadership and supervisory experience, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching, reviewing work, coordinating across teams, and motivating team members. Delivering strategic IAM and/or PAM program advisory support, including assessments, strategy, and roadmap development. Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including user access lifecycle management. Designing and/or implementing IGA technology (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza). Designing and/or implementing Access Management technology (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity). Proficiency with role-based access control, including role mining and design. Knowledge of directory technologies such as Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP, or virtual directories. Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management, and release management practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional/matrixed organization. A strong passion for all things IAM. Experience mentoring and advising junior staff. Your Educational and Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Management Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.). 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, either in professional services/consulting or within a large enterprise (e.g., Fortune 500). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with secondary emphasis on Visio and Access. Professional certifications such as identity vendor certifications preferred.
