Specialty Intake Coordinator

Responsibilities *****Coordinating infusion and nursing services for the pharmacy Handle incoming referral calls and completing referral forms Complete patient admit packets for all new patients and forward to the dispatcher Provide pharmacy with orders Communicate with and document all communications and authorizations with case managers, nurse agencies, patient/caregiver, physicians, insurance, and pharmacists into CPR+. Open to remote candidates who meet all of the the below qualifications.
