JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to support front desk operations, student transitions, attendance tracking, and general administrative tasks. This role also assists with communications, admissions, academic logistics, and school-wide coordination.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Associate’s degree or higher with 3–4 years of office experience - Strong data entry and database management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Experience in an educational or school setting - Familiarity with student information systems - Comfort with coordinating logistics for events and testing - Ability to support multilingual communications and outreachContract/Contract-to-Hire ***** ***** $20/hr to $26/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
