Job *****We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Front-End Developer to assist in building modern user interfaces that integrate with IBM FileNet and related enterprise content management systems. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for front-end development and an interest in learning how large-scale organizations manage digital content and workflows. ***** Develop front-end applications that communicate with IBM FileNet through REST APIs or IBM Content Navigator. Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Collaborate with back-end developers and ECM specialists to deliver integrated solutions. Participate in user experience discussions to improve the usability of content management tools. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving UI issues across browsers and devices. Learn and apply best practices related to accessibility, performance, and security. Basic ***** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue). Understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture. Eagerness to learn enterprise platforms such as IBM FileNet and IBM Content Navigator. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment. Preferred (but not required): Exposure to enterprise content management (ECM) systems. Familiarity with IBM FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, or similar platforms. Experience using Git or other version control systems. Basic understanding of enterprise authentication (e.g., SSO, LDAP). Interest in full-stack development or ECM architecture.
