Key ***** Lead mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, typically valued at $5 million and above. Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while coordinating with field personnel and internal teams. Delegate tasks to project coordinators and engineers; our PMs focus on leadership and financial oversight rather than administrative duties. Contribute to business development efforts and support project acquisition. Maintain a strong on-site presence across projects within an hour of downtown Columbus.Candidate ***** Minimum 5 years of experience managing mechanical construction projects, ideally with exposure to projects exceeding $5 million.
