Assistant Property Manager - HUD Section 8 Senior Housing *****$25-$34/hour (DOE)***** Support the Property Manager in overseeing a 100+ unit affordable senior housing community. Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and resident services teams. Responsibilities include leasing, compliance, resident relations, and financial record-keeping. Key ***** Assist with daily operations and scheduling Handle resident inquiries and concerns Manage leasing, move-ins, and annual recertifications Maintain waiting list and resident files Process rent payments, vendor invoices, and work orders Coordinate with maintenance staff Provide general office support Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations ***** 3+ years in leasing;1 year required in HUD Yardi Voyager experience required Strong attention to detail and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment Must pass background and drug screeningAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
