Based in Long Beach, this individual will oversee all phases of federal construction projects, leading teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and successful delivery.Key *****Manage the full project lifecycle for federal concrete/structural projects, from preconstruction to closeoutOversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performanceEnsure compliance with all federal project requirements, including documentation and reporting standardsCollaborate with government agencies, inspectors, and contracting officers to maintain complianceLead project meetings with clients, design teams, and internal staffResolve field and design issues while keeping projects on track with cost and schedule goalsMentor and develop project engineers and assistant project managersProvide monthly project reporting and forecasting to senior leadership~10–15+ years of project management experience inconcrete and structural construction~ Proven track record deliveringfederal projects(USACE, NAVFAC, VA, or similar)~ Strong knowledge of FAR regulations, federal compliance, and project documentation requirements~ Experience managing projects valued at $20M–$100M+~ Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project/Primavera, or equivalent project management tools~ Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills~ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
